We had a busy day that started quite early as my boy woke up at his usual 6:30 to eat...and then wouldn't go back to sleep. He does this sometimes after I have been at work for the night, it seems to throw his schedule off (or he just knows the mom didn't get into bed until after midnight and he'd like to torment her). Poor Blake headed into the office just after 7, but was luckily able to get done by 3.
We were able to make it to our friends Kris and Sarah's home for her birthday barbeque. We had a great time visiting (Miss Addie just loves Sarah!) and enjoyed some dessert before getting Finn home for his nap and then headed to Seattle for dinner at our friends Andrea and Phil's home.
