Day 269/ Backyard otter pops. We have been doing this more evenings than not lately. Out before bed in our skivvies enjoying the still-warm evening air and our popsicles. I think they will all vote for me to buy the Costco box of otter pops again next year. I will be sad when these evening are gone, but in some ways I guess I am feeling more ready for fall. It has been the best of summers weather-wise here in the pacific northwest. We have LOVED it.
You can see by Avery's attire that we are gearing up for fall. Finn's new backpack arrived today and Avery of course is obsessed with buckles, and also anything that belongs to one of her siblings, so she wore the backpack around all evening. Too cute. Finn is absolutely delighted with his new 'pack' and keeps asking when he gets to start his new school..Just a few short weeks! |
