Day 89: My big girl, minus her first tooth and plus $10 from the tooth fairy (I did mention that the tooth fairy isn't alway this flush, just depends on what she happens to have on hand)..We had also been invited to attend the school assembly that morning as Addison't teacher had selected her to receive a learning achievement award. We are so proud of her, and she was quite pleased and surprised (we had received the letter with the note that it was a surprise for her, one student from each class was honored)She had also came home from gym class this week telling me she was in need of some new PE shoes and would like a date with me..So we had a dinner/shopping night at Nordstrom. She told anyone who would listen that she was on a date with her mom..She is the most complimentary child one could ask for.."mom, you are the prettiest and best mom, like, ever (although tonight she told me something a little different after winding up in a time-out)". She's way too kind!
