Flower girl prep!

Addie and Finn got to play flower girl and ring bearer for Auntie Brittney's wedding a couple weekends back. I snapped a few pics as Addie got her hair done, and some of Addie and Ella Jane as Brittney got ready....but didn't take too many.

Addie loved hairdresser Jeff, but did ask me if he was aware that his suit was pink when he walked in wearing his own wedding attire. I assured her he did, and she said, "but it's a girl color".

Sigh, Mommy did wish she had brought her good camera to capture the pretty princesses...but alas it's a lot to do having one's entire family in a wedding and growing a new baby to boot; so the camera stayed in safely in Seattle! Can't wait to see a few pics of my kiddos from the wedding photographers!!

Sunset at Mukilteo

We spent all day Sunday around the house, once again not wanting to take our kids to church on account of their icky cold symptoms (though they feel pretty good). We soaked up a LOT of sun in our backyard and decided to do an evening outing to the beach.

Way cool! Finn was fascinated with all the boats, etc.

The Mukilteo park truly has it all...beach, ferries, trains, ice cream and a big playground!

Really in need of a quiet weekend around home, we did some fun Seattle things for our Saturday and kept to ourselves since our kids are still displaying signs of their colds.

Finn was thrilled to see real-life Pingu's!

A few from over the Weekend!

We had a fun and relaxing weekend around the city...some fun at the park, a trip to the farmer's market and dinner out with Grammy and Grampy...now off to CA for a week!

Everett Farmer's Market-we took the kids to get the wood-fired pizza at the market...but they weren't there this weekend! We ended up having lunch at the waterfront Lombardi's and some goodies after at the market.

16 weeks-this is one active baby! I love laying down at night and feeling the little one squirm:)

Bike Ride!

Finn and Addie love the bike rides...especially Finny. Daddy takes them almost daily, though Mommy still prefers to run! You can see I have done a lot of blogging and blogger redesign...easy to see what I've been doing when I should be working on all the client photos I need to get done before I head out of town!

The Last Day!

Addie celebrated her last day of preschool for the year at the years-end party at Forest Park. She will be sad to be leaving Mrs Low, but she is excited for more school days next year in her pre-K class! Its been a very fun year for Addie and we look forward to continuing with our kiddos at Our Savior's preschool!

Honey and an Ice Cube...

..That's how this little one takes her tea. This little princess and I had a lovely afternoon tea today. She was talking all things baby sister. She is quite sure that we are having a girl, though we keep telling her its just as likely that its a boy..."wouldn't that be fun?"..."yeah, I guess, but it would be so much MORE fun if it was a girl!". It's so funny her change of heart considering my last pregnancy she was quite sure she wanted "another brother just like Finny"..I guess she just got a different feeling this time around! I know she'll love either equally and truly just likes the idea of a new baby.

Beach Bum

Finn has been begging me to go to the beach during Addie's school hours for weeks and weeks. I haven't been feeling well at all in the last months...and this was the last regular school day of the year for Miss Addie, so I had to make it happen today!

He jumped and skipped all the way over this the overpass...I guess he was a bit excited!

He got hot throwing so many rocks...had me take off his sweatshirt and was upset when I wouldn't also help him out of his t-shirts!
