We have had another case of the runny nose around here. We kept it low-key, but did some fun things .
The weather is so lovely, we dined on our deck and then enjoyed some bubbles.
They were running around like crazy.
He kept saying "oh, whoah!"
Swanson's Nursery, Seattle
I had been wanting to take Blake to this nursery since I met April there a couple months back. It is such a wonderful nursery, and has an awesome bakery/cafe/coffee bar as well as this up-close koi pond, and live chicks for the kids to check out.
Seriously big fish!
The kids could watch them all day.
Finn loved all the kid-sized yard tools and tried on some crocs (we are having a hard time finding summer shoes that we can fit his feet into).
He just 'had' to sit in this red wagon!
A walk on the Snohomish Centennial Trail.
This trail is a beautiful blend of farmland and mountain scenery

This trail even has a horse riding portion that Finn is running along here.
FUN weekend. I want to go to that nursery, too!

ReplyDeletePS - totally can relate to the shoe issue with Finn. I tried to get Aaden's rolly-polly feet into saltwater sandals...nope! Only fuax-crocks from target, he lives in them!
ReplyDeleteyeah, i have a hard time getting saltwaters on Addie, didn't even bother trying finn, though i really want him to have some!!
ReplyDeleteWe love saltwaters! This will be the first year Coleson doesnt wear them...Terry said he is too old now... Tate's chub on top doesnt work too well but we have done them anyway for church and such.... his Pedipeds have been the best and I know See Kai Runs work well too--try those out!
