Sunday Baking Project

Blake requested cupcakes (seems like we're on a roll with the sweets-working on our winter layer) yesterday as it was an ugly day outdoors and I was looking for a project. I looked through some recipes and settled on lemon meringue cupcakes. Unfortunately by the time I got all my ingredients, Addie was down for her nap. Without my usual helper, Finn got involved and was interested in the cooking process.
