Avery and Daddy celebrated birthday #2, and birthday #32 a couple weeks back. Its hard to believe its been two years since we welcomed Miss Ave on Daddy's 30th birthday. I couldn't be more thankful for both of them.
We did just an at-home birthday celebration of the two of them, with Daddy's favorite homemade carrot cake. Avery's siblings made a very big deal of her being the birthday princess and made sure she wore her crown all day.
We still call her 'baby', though I realize she is just not a baby anymore. She is a very independent, and loving two year-old girl. We love how she sings in the car, how she loves her siblings but also loves to bug her big brother, and never skimps on hugs and kisses. We just love her. That's all. Happy Birthday baby (and Daddy too!). Here are some pictures from her birthday..
