Day 223-225/365

Day 223/Baseball practice..He likes to be the first to home plate when they do their warm up run.

Day 224/ The garden hose brings such delight 

Day 225/ Daddy and Ave..Too much sweetness here..

Day 222

Day 222/Grampy came to visit..and help out..and give batting practice!

Had to add our end of the day otter pops photo too. Poor Ave was exhausted and missed out as she went to bed right at 8!!

Day 214-221

Some days have been missed here..But here is some catch-up!

Day 214/Bedtime Silliness

Day 215/Roadtrip. Addie and I went to Portland to meet Sheila's twins and take some pictures. We stopped once on the way back to get gas and she got some wiggles out before the remainder of the drive.

Day 216/ Happy Father's Day. We are very thankful for our good Daddy around here. I grabbed a picture at our trip to Lowe's that evening..seems fitting that we were at the hardware store on Father's day to get the remainder of the materials needed for the duck-house he is building for the kids new pets!

Day 217/Kindergarten Graduate. With her teacher's Mrs Daurie, and Ms Lindsey. It was a good year. Her teachers had tears when they said goodbye and made her promise she would return for visits from her new school.

Day 218/Horses..Loves to play with the toys Addie leaves out. I love her "neigh", too cute. I also love her chocolate-covered face.

Day 219/Her Duckie...She loves the ducks..We have to watch close as her love for them is, well, intense (we call her Lenny). Its just so funny,  as soon as she sees them, she starts laughing "ducky, oh, ducky"! I die.

Day 220/Bubble Mohawk. He said to me after he got dressed this morning (he was looking in the mirror) "don't you think it's about time I got a haircut?". Indeed it is...

Day 221/The haircut. I had to cheat on our usual hairdresser as we were desperate, it was just time. 

Day 213

Day 213/A late evening movie  and shopping for our soon to be Kindergarten graduate. Tomorrow is her second to last day of school for the year and it is an afternoon game day..so no early morning school to wake for. She and I celebrated by heading to the 8pm 3d showing of 'Epic'. She took her hand-picked Sweet Factory bag of gummies and we had a blast laughing with the fun movie.

 Had to add the picture of her in her 3d glasses. She was stoked that she got to keep them!

Florida Trip

 I took a quick trip to Florida to visit my sister and meet my newest little niece. It was fun..but quick,. It is a nice change of pace for me, being in a home with a pool, warm weather and beach access! Us Pacific Northwest girls need some warm sun every now and then.

Looking forward to their visit next month!!

At the Miami Seaquariam..Watching dolphins, and then orcas. 

I took a few pictures of the sea animals for my little Addie who is obsessed with them and desperately wanted to come. Lucky for her she gets a sea world visit next week while we are in California. All who know Addie know her stuffed killer whale Shouka..Well she gets to go back to see Shouka in person again at last!

Day 210-212/365

I missed a day over the weekend..Blake and I were on San Juan Island so I could shoot a wedding and I was photo-ed out by the time we were done..

Day 210/Sleeping Beauty

Day 211/Evening crazies. Blake had a late work night and we got a little silly in the long evening hours.

Day 212/Batting practice (yes she is a lefty like Finn)!! Addie and Daddy had a fun kindergarten field trip to the Woodland Park zoo..and she came home to napping siblings..so they took a few minutes for some baseball. She may be slight, but she is becoming quite the little athlete!

Day 207-209

Day 207/Spiderman Returns. Finn grew out of his Halloween costume and was so upset..I ordered him a new one. Love him.

Day 208/Ice cream on the back porch. You can tell she had spaghetti for dinner.

Day 209/ Saturday morning beach run. We took donuts and coffee to the beach and had a good time running around and looking under rocks for baby crabs {there were lots to see}.

Day 206/Reading to Dad. Tonight was Addie's end of year Kindergarten picnic/potluck. It was way to crazy to pull out the camera..Its amazing we are almost done with Kindergarten and on to the 1st grade.

Day 202/UNO!! Oy, what a mess. She'd dump them out, pick them up..then repeat until she got bored and just left with them still all out and a partially destroyed UNO box.

 Day 205/Watermelon! The signs of summer are all around us:) Love the warm sunshine we've been having. And in case you are wondering about these faces..Avery and Addie were watching him eat his watermelon and he decided to be very silly..and oh man did they think he was funny!
