We had a wonderful New Year's Celebration with just our little family of 5. We had a nice dinner out at Macaroni Grill on New Year's Eve (and then a nightcap at home for mom and dad!) and then a leisurely shopping day (the malls were so not busy!) for New Year's Day.
Blake and I both remarked at how much fun we had, and how nice it is to dine with all three kids out. They are so well behaved at restaurants (even after an hour plus wait for a table!), that it is really fun for us (and nice for mom to have a break from the daily cooking that can get so old!).
At what turned into a late-night dinner (we should have known it would be a popular spot on NYE!)..
New Years Day shopping at the U-Village, thankfully Avery seems to be a good shopping buddy.
