Merry Maid

Addie is very helpful with housework. There is nobody who enjoys dusting or cleaning windows more than our little girl. She is also helpful to pick up her toys and make sure Finn follows suit. She is especially helpful now that she has watched her mommy be so sick for so many months. I appreciate my little girl. So many times when I've been laid up she's said, "you don't worry about a thing Mommy, I'll take care of it and what I can't clean, I'll tell my Dad to do". Such good intentions!

Oh Baby!

Guess we'll have to rename the blog pretty soon. After a healthy almost 14 week appt and then a reassuring ultrasound today...we are happy to say baby #3 will be here in Nov. This baby was particularly wiggly and our US tech sent us home with video as it was nearly impossible to get profile pictures of this one...this is the best and its just the face! Oh well!

A few pics from Florida

I got to visit my sister and niece for a long weekend. We had great times, hanging at the beach, sipping iced coffees and keeping track of a very busy just-turned-7 month old. This one crawls and cruises so fast, she really keeps you on your toes. She is also practicing her solo walk...coming soon!

On the Farm

We took some for fun pictures at a farm on Whidbey a few weeks back..Finn arrived at the farm sleeping, and didn't appreciate being awakened for pictures, but we did manage to sneak him into a couple at the very end. Addie just loves the camera though!

Mother's Day

We had a wonderful Mother's Day weekend. I spent Saturday shopping with my Mom, and dinner out with everyone..and a leisurely Sunday which included lunch at Alki Beach and playing in the sunshine. Couldn't ask for anything better than being Mom to our wonderful kids.

Finn was far too busy chasing pigeons (seriously) and didn't want to pose for a pic, but did sneak a kiss to me which Daddy did catch.

A good part of the weekend was spent at Grammy's house. I had a Whidbey photoshoot set up, so we decided to all just go enjoy the sunshine on the island! Some fun things we did...

Saturday Morning at the Beach!

After searching for an open farmer's market with no success..we decided on taking in some sun at the Edmond's ferry landing. Its easily one of the sandiest beaches in our area and we had a great time!
